Job Description:
JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
· Assist the Medical Records Committee to assess the completeness and completion of Patient Medical Records (PMR) in order to comply the IJN standard and legal requirement.
· Assist the head of unit to supervise and coordinate the work of Verification staff to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
· Assist to organize the medical records so that retrieve and verify record can be done in minimum time as well as ensuring internal quality assurance.
· Assist head of unit to review and develop new policies/procedures in accordance with ISO, MMC, MSQH hospital accreditation standards and also JCI standards.
· Assist head of unit to provide and submit the Verification report to Head of Health Information Management Services on monthly and yearly basis.
· Assist head of unit to organize and coordinate training in the Trakcare system for the HIMS staff and other department which relates to HIMS activities.
· Compile, abstract, and analyze data from medical records as part of quality control or utilization review.
· Retrieve, analyze and present information for the IJN’s quality assurance studies and patient care evaluation activities.
· Maintain health record indexes and compile administrative and health statistics for public health officials, medical center management, planners and others.
· Perform data retrieval for medical center management and clinical staff for research, diagnostic and teaching purposes. Working with researcher, they determine what information is needed for a particular project and how to compile it.
· Provide assistance for special project
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree of Information Management in Records Management
· Should have experience and knowledge in record management and other related healthcare industries
· Expert in producing reports especially on delinquent report
· Requires a practical knowledge of medical records procedures and references and the organization and consistency of medical records
· Require a basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and medical terminology
· Good verbal and written skills and willingness to learn, must be able to work independently and as a group to meet all deadlines
· Computer literate and understand in computer software solution
· Must be able to pay attention in details, demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
· Must be able to work flexible schedule when needed
· Must be able to lift boxes
· Records Management and IT expert skill
· Administration skill
· Customer Service skill
